The Motorola Moto G37 suits buyers who want 5G and a capable chipset without paying mid-range money. Its Dimensity 6300 keeps everyday use smooth, and PUBG Mobile offers Smooth graphics with the Extreme frame rate, which many 4G phones in this class cannot match. Motorola adds near-stock Android 16, stereo Dolby Atmos speakers, NFC for tap-to-pay and a slim 7.8 mm body with IP64 protection. The compromises sit where you look every day: the screen and the memory.
The 720p LCD looks soft next to AMOLED rivals, and 4GB RAM in a single 128GB variant limits heavy multitasking. The box charger is only 10W although the phone supports 20W, and there is no ultrawide camera or video stabilisation.
The Itel Super 26 Ultra and Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 give up 5G for a better everyday screen: each has a sharp 1080p-class AMOLED, a 6000mAh battery and more RAM, which matters for streaming and multitasking. The Redmi adds 33W charging and a longer update promise, while the Itel's single speaker and missing headphone jack weaken it for media. Pick the Moto G37 when 5G and clean software come first.

The Moto G37 is good value if 5G and processor strength matter more to you than screen quality. Its Dimensity 6300 is stronger than the 4G Helio chips that fill this part of the Pakistani market, and it adds features budget phones often skip: stereo Dolby Atmos speakers, NFC, a headphone jack and IP64 protection. Units sold officially in Pakistan come with a one-year local warranty.
Verdict: buy it for 5G, clean software and good speakers. If you mostly watch videos or keep many apps open, an AMOLED phone with more RAM, such as the Itel Super 26 Ultra or Redmi Note 15, will feel better day to day, even without 5G.
The Moto G37 uses a 6.67-inch IPS LCD with 720p resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, protected by Gorilla Glass 7i with an oil-repellent coating. Scrolling feels noticeably smooth, touches register without pressing hard, and colours look vivid for an LCD. Peak brightness is rated at 1050 nits, and visibility in direct sunlight is acceptable rather than strong.
The main limitation is sharpness. At 720p, text and video look softer than on the 1080p AMOLED panels some rivals offer, and the bezels are thicker than on mid-range phones. YouTube still lets you pick higher quality streams, and the 120Hz rate helps in games that support it, but if you watch a lot of video, the screen is the part you will notice most.
The phone runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 6300, a 6 nm 5G chipset, with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. In everyday use, such as social apps, browsing and switching between a few apps, it stayed smooth without lag, hangs or stutter. Its benchmark results are among the highest in its price bracket, although the exact scores reported by different reviews vary.
For gaming, PUBG Mobile offers Smooth graphics with the Extreme frame rate and allows HDR graphics with the Ultra frame rate. Expect a capable lower mid-range gaming experience, not flagship smoothness. Heating during long gaming sessions has not been tested in detail yet.
The real limit is 4GB RAM. Motorola adds virtual RAM taken from storage, but it does not replace real memory, so apps you leave in the background are more likely to reload than on phones with more RAM.
The rear has a 50 MP main camera and no ultrawide or zoom lens, so wide group shots and distant subjects are limited. Daylight photos keep Motorola's natural colour tone and look genuinely detailed rather than heavily processed, and HDR handles mixed light well. In low light the results stay decent: a night-time portrait kept good detail, though bright light sources bled slightly into the background.
The 8 MP front camera takes decent selfies for the class. Both cameras record up to 2K at 30fps, and the rear also offers 1080p at 30 or 60fps, but there is no video stabilisation, so walking shots will look shaky. The gallery includes Google's AI editing tools to remove objects, fix lighting and enhance photos, which helps rescue average shots.
The Moto G37 has a 5200 mAh battery and supports 20W wired charging, but the box includes only a 10W charger, so charging with it is slow. Motorola uses the common USB Power Delivery standard, so a USB-C PD charger you already own can deliver the faster speed. The phone can also charge another device over a cable.
No full battery drain test was available, so real-world endurance is not confirmed yet. The efficient 6 nm chip and the 720p screen work in its favour, but until a proper test is published, treat it as a phone with an average-sized battery and slow in-box charging.
The phone runs Android 16 with Motorola's interface, which stays close to stock Android: clean menus, Google's own apps and an always-on display option. Google's AI photo editing tools are built into the gallery.
Reports on preinstalled apps differ: one unit showed none, while another had about 10 to 11 games in a folder, all of which can be uninstalled. Of the 128GB storage, roughly 110GB is free for you after the system, a figure Motorola prints openly on the box.
On updates, Motorola has not published a long-term commitment for the G37 that we could confirm. Update trackers list one major upgrade, Android 17, as its last version, so do not expect the long update support Samsung offers in this segment.
It is worth it if you want 5G, a strong chip for its class, clean Android and stereo speakers. If you mostly watch videos or keep many apps open, the 720p screen and 4GB RAM are real compromises, and the 10W charger in the box makes charging slow.
Their chips are close, and the Moto G37's Dimensity 6300 scores slightly higher than the A17's Exynos 1330 in benchmark tests. The A17's 6GB RAM helps multitasking, and Samsung promises far more OS upgrades. For raw speed and clean software, the G37 holds its own.
Units sold in Pakistan have a hybrid tray that holds two physical nano-SIMs, or one SIM and a microSD card. Some international versions list eSIM support, but this is not confirmed for the Pakistani unit, so check with the seller if you need eSIM.
It launches with Android 16. Motorola has not published a detailed update policy for the G37 that we could confirm, and update trackers list Android 17 as its only and final major upgrade, followed by security patches. Expect much shorter support than Samsung's Galaxy A series.
No. The box has a 10W charger and a USB-A to USB-C cable, while the phone supports 20W charging. For the faster speed, use any USB-C Power Delivery charger, because Motorola follows that common standard instead of its own.
For calls, social apps, browsing and casual games it is enough, and everyday use runs without lag. Heavy multitasking is where 4GB holds it back, because background apps reload sooner than on 6GB or 8GB phones, and virtual RAM from storage does not fully make up for it.
