The Oppo Reno 13 is a slim, premium phone that gets the everyday experience right. Its aluminium frame, 181 g weight and 7.3 mm body make it easy to hold, and the IP69 rating shrugs off rain and splashes. The 1.5K AMOLED screen is sharp and bright outdoors, the stereo speakers are among the loudest at this price, and haptics feel premium. The Dimensity 8350 handles gaming and video editing well, and 80W charging fills the 5600 mAh battery in about 45 to 50 minutes.
Battery life is average for its capacity: heavy use gives about 5 to 6 hours of screen time, or around 7 with full HD resolution and always-on display turned off. There is no telephoto camera, colours can look muted, and resale value trails Vivo.
The Oppo Reno 16F (Rs. 139,495) and Vivo V70 FE (Rs. 121,999) both cost less than Rs. 149,999 and carry 7000 mAh batteries, so either lasts longer. The Reno 16F adds a 3.5x telephoto, while the V70 FE offers a 200 MP main camera and a bigger screen. Both use slower midrange chips, so the Reno 13 remains the pick for performance, 4K selfie video and a compact metal build.

At Rs. 149,999, the Oppo Reno 13 is a well-rounded phone rather than a spec-sheet bargain, and opinions differ on whether the price is fair.
The Oppo Reno 16F (Rs. 139,495) and Vivo V70 FE (Rs. 121,999) cost less and last longer on a charge, with a telephoto on the Reno 16F and a 200 MP camera on the V70 FE, but both are clearly slower. Verdict: worth it for buyers who want performance, video quality and a premium compact build; battery-first buyers should look at the cheaper rivals.
The Reno 13 has a 6.59-inch AMOLED screen at 1256 x 2760 pixels (1.5K), with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, 1 billion colours, HDR10+, up to 1200 nits and 3840Hz PWM dimming for less flicker at low brightness. Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protects it.
The flat panel has thin, equal bezels on all sides, and outdoor visibility is good. Colours are among the best at this price, and 4K HDR video looks excellent. The optical in-display fingerprint reader is fast, and always-on display is supported.
One setting matters: some apps run at 60Hz by default. Set them to 120Hz in the display settings to keep scrolling smooth everywhere.
The Dimensity 8350 (4nm) with a Mali G615-MC6 GPU is one of the fastest chips at this price. The Pakistani version pairs it with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
For most buyers, performance will not be a limitation.
The rear setup is a 50 MP f/1.8 main camera with OIS, an 8 MP ultrawide and a 2 MP third lens, with a 50 MP autofocus selfie camera. There is no telephoto.
The Reno 13 has a 5600 mAh battery in a slim body. Real-world battery life is good but not exceptional, and reports differ:
80W SUPERVOOC charging fills the battery in about 45 to 50 minutes, even in hot weather, and Oppo's Pakistan page lists a charger in the box. Reverse wired charging is supported, but there is no wireless charging. Recording 4K 60fps video for long periods drains the battery quickly.
The phone runs ColorOS 15 on Android 15, a polished interface with a new control centre, clean settings and detailed lock screen customisation.
Users coming from Samsung's One UI may need time to adjust to ColorOS.
Choose the Oppo Reno 13 for its sharper 1.5K screen, 4K 60fps selfie video and compact metal body. The Vivo V50 holds its resale value better in Pakistan. Their colours also differ: the V50 pushes saturation, while the Reno 13 looks more muted.
It depends on the version, so check before buying. Oppo's Pakistan spec page lists dual nano-SIM only and does not mention eSIM, while GSMArena lists eSIM only on some versions of the Reno 13. Ask the seller to show the eSIM option in the phone's settings.
No. The Oppo Reno 13 only supports wired charging, at up to 80W with SUPERVOOC, which fills the 5600 mAh battery in about 45 to 50 minutes. It can also charge other devices through reverse wired charging.
Three years of Android updates and four years of security patches are reported. Oppo's Pakistan spec page does not publish an official update policy, so treat this as an estimate. The phone ships with ColorOS 15 based on Android 15.
Yes. Oppo's Pakistan spec page lists NFC support, so it works for tap-to-pay and quick pairing with accessories.
No serious heating problems have been found. It has a vapour chamber cooling system and stays smooth through long gaming sessions, and it even charges fully in hot weather. Long 4K 60fps recording drains the battery quickly and will warm it up, as on any phone.
Not officially. Oppo's Pakistan spec page lists only one version, with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. Larger 512GB and 1TB versions exist in other markets, and there is no microSD slot, so choose 256GB with that in mind.
