Itel S25 Ultra price in Pakistan is Rs. 76,999 (last updated 26 Oct 2026). See all Itel phones.
The Itel S25 Ultra sells on design and display more than power. At 6.9mm and 163g it is one of the slimmest and lightest phones in its class, and its curved 120Hz AMOLED screen uses Gorilla Glass 7i, backed by a 100-day free screen replacement offer. The Unisoc T620 keeps social media and everyday apps quick, but its weak graphics make it a poor fit for gaming, so it suits style-conscious users more than power users.
The T620's graphics trail rival chips in games and heavy multitasking. Charging is only 18W, there is no headphone jack, video has no stabilisation and rear photo colours can look flat. The screen often runs below 120Hz in apps, and the plastic back picks up smudges.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 costs Rs. 68,999, below the price we currently list for the S25 Ultra, and brings a 6000mAh battery with 33W charging, stereo speakers, a 108MP main camera and up to 4 major Android updates instead of 2. The S25 Ultra wins on slimness and its curved, toughened screen, so choose it only if design matters most or you find it for much less.

The Itel S25 Ultra's value depends heavily on the price you pay, because listings vary widely.
At the Rs. 76,999 we currently list, it costs more than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 at Rs. 68,999, which has a bigger battery, faster charging, stereo speakers and a stronger gaming chip, so at that price it is hard to recommend.
Verdict: a good choice for non-gamers who value a slim, stylish phone with a great screen, but only when it is priced well below its rivals.
The S25 Ultra has a 6.78-inch 3D curved AMOLED screen with 1080 x 2436 resolution, 10-bit colour and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, and itel adds a 100-day free screen replacement offer.
The always-on display only lights up for a few seconds rather than staying on.
The Unisoc T620 is a 12nm chip with a Mali-G57 GPU, scoring roughly 324,000 in AnTuTu. In everyday use, social media, browsing and calls feel quick and lag-free.
The Smart Accelerator feature keeps frequently used apps in memory so they open faster.
The S25 Ultra has a 50MP main camera with a macro lens and a 32MP selfie camera. Despite the large camera design, there is only one main focal length.
The S25 Ultra fits a 5000mAh battery into its 6.9mm body, which is impressive for such a slim phone, though the capacity itself is standard for the price.
Charging is the weak point: it supports only 18W wired charging, while many rivals offer 33W or more. The 18W charger is included in the box. Bypass charging is supported, which powers the phone directly while gaming plugged in.
We did not find a reliable battery life test, so real-world endurance figures are not given here.
The phone runs itel OS 14.5 on Android 14, and itel promises 2 major OS updates.
Both use the same Unisoc T620 chip, 5000mAh battery, 18W charging and similar 50MP and 32MP cameras. The Ultra adds a curved Gorilla Glass 7i screen, a thinner and lighter body, IP64 protection, 8GB RAM and more storage, while the regular S25 keeps a headphone jack and costs less.
No. The Unisoc T620 handles social media, browsing and calls smoothly, but its GPU is weak for demanding games, and it slows down with five or six apps open together. Phones with Helio G99 or G100 chips are better for gaming.
Only for basic use. Both cameras record 2K video at 30fps, but there is no electronic or optical stabilisation, so walking shots look shaky; use a tripod or 1080p. Light editing works, but the T620 is not built for heavy editing.
No. The S25 Ultra has no 3.5mm headphone jack, so you need Bluetooth earphones or a USB Type-C headset or adapter. The regular Itel S25 does have one.
Yes. It takes two nano-SIM cards, and the same tray also holds a memory card, so you do not have to choose between a second SIM and extra storage.
